Establishment of a prosper society is the vision of FAYA. Prosperity is the outcome of sustainable development which refers economic advancement with social justice, environmental conscience and peaceful and democratic way of life, for today and for the future.

If the basic needs of people are fulfilled with good quality, if more and more social and economic opportunities are created and shared equally, if the physical infrastructures are safe and resilient, if the environmental conscience of community people is promoted, if they practice peace and democratic culture commonly, and finally, if the human resource is equipped with compatible knowledge, skill and attitude, then the society attains sustainable development and enjoys prosperity.
