FAYA has identified four organizational priorities to hold the governing board and senior management team to account in this strategy period.The core aim of the organizational priorities is to develop FAYA as a leading development knowledge hub in the region.Following four organizational priorities are identified Strengthen program funding planning and strategic communication Facilitate organizational development and invest in building capacity of team members Introduce results based program monitoring, evaluation and learning and risk based auditing Engage in CSO networks/alliances at all levels and establish partnership with development organizations.
